Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Within South Africa We offer shipping nationwide across South Africa. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location after your order has been processed.
Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Order Tracking Once your order has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to track your order at any time.
Delays We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed we will contact you as soon as possible.
